Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field • 7+ years platform engineering or backend engineering experience • 2+ years of experience in people management or as a technical lead • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) • Autonomous and excited about taking ownership over major initiatives • Embraces rapid prototyping with an emphasis on user feedback • Extreme passion for learning, growth, and leadership
