Description

• Peloton Systems Engineering is hiring creative software engineers • Develop innovative, industry leading fitness products in a collaborative team environment • Craft and develop firmware for custom hardware products • Provide technical leadership and contribute as part of a team • Motivate and drive a performance-based culture within the team • Collaborate with design, product, program management and UX teams • Establish performance indicators to measure team efficiency • Instill a culture of automation and engineering efficiency

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience in full stack development in mobile or backend API • Demonstrable experience in having deployed applications commercially into production (App Store, for example) • 4+ years of leadership experience in technology management • Experience delivering full stack mobile product collaborating with Design, UX, Project Management, and Product Management • Familiarity with CI/CD and how to incorporate test automation into development flows • Experience working with Agile methodology and delivery of quality software as part of an Agile team • Ability to identify strength and weakness of individuals in order to maximize team effectiveness and provide guidance to individuals when needed for coaching or mentoring • Ability to mediate between competing product and technical priorities and align priorities and goals through collaboration with technical leads and product managers • Effectively communicate between teams and within teams in order to drive alignment and increase effectiveness on delivery
