⢠The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals, drive revenue growth, and expand the Helios' client base in the HR tech industry. ⢠This role involves developing innovative sales strategies, managing client relationships, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. ⢠The Sales Manager role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and success in the competitive HR tech landscape, ensuring that our innovative solutions reach and benefit clients globally.
⢠5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the SaaS or HCM industry. ⢠Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth. ⢠Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and development. ⢠Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. ⢠Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office. ⢠Ability to analyze sales metrics and performance data to drive strategic decisions. ⢠Experience in selling HR tech solutions, global payroll, or financial software is a plus. ⢠Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support the sales team.
