• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase brand visibility. • Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for SEO initiatives, aligning them with overall business goals. • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content optimization. • Perform competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement. • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and images, to improve search engine visibility. • Implement and manage link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and search engine rankings. • Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent. • Provide SEO guidelines and best practices to content creators, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. • Work closely with web development teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are integrated into website design and development. • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, duplicate content, and site speed optimization. • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI. • Use SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) to track performance and identify trends. • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry best practices. • Adapt and refine SEO strategies based on changes in the digital marketing landscape. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure SEO efforts are aligned with broader marketing campaigns and product launches. • Educate and train internal teams on SEO best practices and the importance of SEO in digital marketing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry. • Proven track record of successfully improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and act on SEO performance data. • Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and the latest trends in digital marketing. • Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz). • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. • Experience with HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. • Knowledge of technical SEO principles and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative SEO strategies. • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying current with industry developments.
