• You are able to schedule and own the entire coordination experience for candidates for our GTM recruiting team (two recruiters) • Source top-tier candidates • You are excited about building efficient scheduling and recruiting processes that result in highly positive experiences for both candidates and the hiring team. • You develop trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters. • You communicate effectively with the interview team, recruiting team, and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience • You want to change the talent industry at large and figure out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment.
• You have experience sourcing top talent for revenue teams and are very familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. • You have ideally spent some time in a recruiting coordinator role and/or administrative role. • You are incredibly organized and are able to manage multiple priorities. • You are proactive in identifying problems and providing solutions - you're able to do this independently but aren't afraid to ask for help! • You thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment. • You are creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done.
