Description

• Assist and report the project executive/director in project development management aspects. • Coordinate and follow up with the CM/ subcontractors and design consultants on shop drawing preparation/approval, RFI, submittals, etc.; • Conduct site management, perform jobsite visits, issue observations, track equipment/material deliveries and project schedule, oversee site safety; quality/performance issues on and off site; • Assist in obtaining TCO and CO; • Assist in transmission to HOA; • Conduct punchlist and follow up punchlist; • Assist in buyer’s occupation; • Deal with buyer’s complaints; • Review requisitions, proceed payments; • Document Control and management; • Review Change orders; • Close out with CM, contractors/subcontractors; • Provide support to as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, civil engineering, project management or similar preferred. • 3 to 8 years construction project administration experience. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required. • Must be flexible and have strong multi-tasking capabilities. • Good personality, strong ability to work with others. • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.
