Description
• Lead and mentor a team of talented UI/UX designers • Develop and implement a cohesive design system and component library • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create intuitive user interfaces • Oversee the end-to-end design process • Advocate for user-centered design principles • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and practices
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a design leadership role • A strong portfolio demonstrating your experience in leading and shipping successful consumer-facing products • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing • Experience in developing and implementing design systems and component libraries • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams • Experience working in an agile environment and a track record of delivering results on time and within budget • Passion for creating products that make a positive impact in the lives of others
