• Responsible for supporting a broad range of media-related transactions and advisory work • Structure, draft, and negotiate content licenses and related agreements for digital platforms and emerging technologies • Support the NFL’s direct-to-consumer initiatives including promotional agreements and policy audits • Deliver ongoing analysis and legal advice in connection with media-related agreements
• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited 4-year university/college and J.D. from accredited law school • 3+ years of experience in a transactional legal role at a top-tier law firm or in-house at a media/entertainment/technology company • Strong drafting experience in the media/content/technology space • Established proficiency with complex agreements and familiarity with distribution, licensing and direct-to-consumer models • Valid membership in good standing in New York state bar
