• Develop and execute creator-led social media campaigns for brands • Stay updated on platform and industry trends to pitch and develop creative ideas • Lead creative strategies, campaign pitches, direction, and ideation • Stay informed on emerging social media trends and platforms to drive client solutions • Work in a startup environment
• 7+ years experience in integrated marketing, creative and content strategy • Experience with brand partnerships or agency experience • Deep understanding of Gen Z & Millennial audiences • Strong presentation design skills and innovative creative concepting • Ability to manage client relationships and translate needs into creative strategies • Excellent communication skills • Comfortable pitching to clients and working on production sets • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Experience with Canva
