Description

• Successfully launch new products to the market with compelling narratives for employers, health plans, labor & trust and other target segments. • Develop and maintain a deep perspective on the market landscape, both competitors and buyers, to inform positioning, packaging, and pricing. • Build, maintain and expand a suite of market-facing materials and tools that support our GTM team and work with our training team to train sales. • Partner with Growth Marketing to support a product-led content strategy to drive brand awareness and build our pipeline. • Partner with Product, GM and GTM Ops to package up product releases and communicate company roadmap and innovation. • Support sales and client success with in-house strategic conversations and opportunities. • Develop upsell positioning, compelling case studies and member stories that show our value and advance our selling. • Find opportunities to better showcase our impact with compelling market-facing statistics, easy-to-use GTM analytical tools, pursuit of external validation, and more. • Be responsible for product and service-line documentation for all buyer segments.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of Product Marketing experience ideally in the employer benefits space or working with large enterprise buyers. • Experience growing and leading a high-functioning product marketing team. • Track record of building high performing teams through excellent leadership and team management skills, including demonstrable ability to coach and upskill team high potential members. • Strong analytical ability and exceptional strategic instincts. • Excellent communication skills and ability to package findings into market-facing collateral in a crisp, thoughtful and persuasive manner. • Sound business judgment and problem framing. • Superior storytelling skills to weave a compelling visual narrative. • Enthusiastic collaborator who is able to effectively work across teams with many different stakeholders. • Deep interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to balance and execute multiple projects concurrently.
