• Managing the daily operations of the Eviction Diversion Initiative (EDI) program • Initiating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders • Coordinating case-needs, identifying social service needs, facilitating referrals, overseeing data management systems, and technological innovations • Developing and maintaining resource database of providers • Providing pro se litigants with information relating to navigating the summary proceeding process
• Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience OR Master's degree and 2-3 years of experience OR equivalent lived experience in a related area • Excellent written skills • Skilled communicator able to work in a multi-disciplinary setting • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
