Description
• Deliver fintech solutions and enhance customer success. • Leading business process discovery workshops • Developing and leveraging expertise in AI solutions • Planning, managing, and performing application build, test, and deploy activities • Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various program or project workstreams • Creating project deliverables and standards • Planning and establishing after go-live activities • Effectively communicating complex client and solution concepts to audiences of varying levels
Requirements
• 3+ years of demonstrated implementation consultant experience • Have worked in a B2B SaaS startup environment. • Technical project management experience • Requirements gathering and UAT experience • Creating testing workflows/scenarios • Demonstrated customer success experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
