Description

• Spearhead the growth & adoption of Cypris’s software by overachieving quarterly quotas • Ensure transparency in revenue performance by actively managing a pipeline of opportunities and monthly forecasts • Present and demonstrate our products and solutions to potential clients, effectively communicating their value and benefits • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent our brand and expand our reach

Requirements

• Proven experience in a B2B Account Executive role (5+ years), preferably within a startup or high-growth environment • Track record of >100% quota attainment • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders at all levels • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
