Description

• Plan, coordinate, execute and report on a variety of marketing programs for clients • Track and analyze results; report successes and/or identify gaps, recommending actions to improve results • Manage deliverables with internal teams and external vendors; support the development of content, working with agency partners and creative services providers, as well as occasionally contributing copywriting and/or content reviews • Manage resources for each assigned project to stay on schedule • Keep internal and client teams informed on status and project details • Anticipate potential issues through frequently reviewing data and use critical thinking and action to shift components as needed to head off or resolve issues • Effectively balance the needs of the client, agency and partners

Requirements

• BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study • 7+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Project & Program Management within the technology industry • Cybersecurity experience preferred • Knowledge of basic Sales / Business Development Rep lead qualification processes and how marketing contributes to the sales pipeline • Generalist skills with interest in variety and the ability to work on many types of marketing projects successfully • Prior experience in a client-facing role with suitable professional presence • Reliable detail orientation and ability to meet deadlines - ability to execute tasks thoroughly and double check the work • Strategic orientation & ability to 'look around corners' for opportunities to improve results, grow client sales and satisfaction • Creative and analytical - able to solve problems with known or new solutions • Can act independently toward program goals when needed as well as collaborate effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Office

Benefits

• Start Date: ASAP • Salary range: $75k - $100k - Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location • On-site work in Princeton, NJ HQ or Midtown, NYC location
