• Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales, customer success, and marketing leaders • Partner with sales development for converting initiatives into meetings and opportunities • Oversee top-of-funnel goal setting, lead generation campaigns, and marketing operations infrastructure • Analyze market trends and optimize marketing efforts • Manage budget allocations and ROI analysis • Lead, mentor, and expand the demand generation team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS marketing • Strong leadership skills • Extensive experience with CRM and marketing automation tools • Proven experience in digital marketing strategies • General understanding of technology • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
