• Drive Borrower Portal Innovations: Lead efforts to enhance our borrower portal by improving performance, implementing front-end best practices, optimizing load times, streamlining user interfaces, and ensuring responsive design across devices. These improvements will provide a smoother user experience and empower borrowers to manage their debts more effectively. • Develop Custom Financial Solutions: Design personalized settlement solutions and adaptable payment plans tailored to individual borrower needs. This role requires innovative problem-solving to create financial relief efforts that are impactful and user-friendly. • Revamp Payment Processing: Oversee the upgrade of our payment infrastructure to improve reliability and performance. Address complex technical issues to ensure high system availability and seamless operations. • Enhance Team Skill Development: Your leadership will drive project success and foster the professional growth of your team, ensuring their skills in cutting-edge technologies and best practices in software development continually evolve. • Collaboration with Key Teams: Guide the engineering team to ensure the borrower portal adheres to regulatory standards, maintaining data integrity and security. Collaborate closely to align the portal’s features with the needs of financial institutions, enhancing support for debt collection processes. Utilize essential technologies and infrastructure insights to ensure the borrower portal’s robustness and scalability. • Team Leadership and Strategy: You will transform the borrower portal into a best-in-class platform that sets industry standards, ensuring borrowers can manage their debts with ease and efficiency. Through your leadership, our engineering processes will be optimized, reducing time-to-market and increasing productivity, allowing us to deliver features that consistently meet and exceed user expectations. You will set technical directions that align with company objectives, ensuring that our engineering efforts directly contribute to our strategic goals and business success. • Technical Excellence: By conducting thorough code reviews and managing technical debt, you will maintain a robust, scalable codebase that supports long-term growth and innovation. You will introduce cutting-edge technologies and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. • Team Development: You will create a culture of learning and development, sharing your knowledge and providing mentorship that helps team members reach their full potential. Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with leadership or management experience • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, Go, etc.) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • A passion for collaboration and proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Full-stack experience is essential
