Description

• The Support Specialist is the first line of communication for customers. • Understand, anticipate, and empathize with customer needs. • Collaborate with a remote team to deliver outstanding support. • Assist up to five customers simultaneously via various channels. • Provide remote troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. • Identify process and product improvements for customer experience. • Become an industry expert and communicate technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years working in customer service, operations, or tech support role, or 3+ as a leader at a self-care business. • Flexibility in working long hours and holidays as needed. • Technical expertise in Boulevard's technology platform and critical thinking skills. • Curiosity in problem-solving and uncovering how things work. • Customer service mindset and energy to adapt to change. • Strong multi-tasking ability without sacrificing quality. • Attention to detail. • Solution-based thinking to improve customer experience. • High emotional intelligence for complex interactions.
