Description
• Responsible for maintaining and growing new and existing customer relationships • Manage client communications, nurture important relationships • Report on the status of accounts and transactions • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth • Relay vendor and customer feedback for continuous improvement • Support and execute local marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements
• High school diploma/GED • Undergraduate degree preferred • Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred; cannabis knowledge required • Previous experience in a sales position preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High degree of professionalism, organization, and emotional intelligence • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to multitask • Extraverted and enthusiastic personality
