• Work in lockstep with Kaizen’s founders to scale customer acquisition and GTM strategy, immediately filling in gaps and hiring where necessary • Develop, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives across various channels including but not limited to paid media, tradeshows/events, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, partnerships, and SEO; figure out what works and shut down ineffective strategies • Launch and oversee Kaizen’s content creation strategy — deeply understand our customer, identify appropriate channels, build a content calendar, etc. • Lead A/B testing efforts to improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel
• 8+ years of experience in customer acquisition and growth marketing roles, preferably in B2G / B2C technology and SaaS startups • Experience or familiarity with SLED customer attributes • Successful track record of working in cross-functional environments, collaborating with founders, product managers, and sales teams • Proficiency with data analysis, marketing analytics tools, and CRM software
