• Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities, including but not limited to making 50+ cold calls per day • Identify key decision makers within target accounts • Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings with Account Executives (AEs) • Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of target accounts and breaking into net new logos • Partner with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personal • Schedule and lead meetings with AEs to align with them regularly on how to pursue prospect accounts • Ensure that all communications to prospects are done professionally with high-quality messaging
• 2-3 years of experience working as a SaaS SDR or Staffing Recruiter, looking to progress their career in sales • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quarterly quota • Experience working both inbound and outbound channels • Proficiency in cold calling, email personalization, social selling, and being multi-threaded • Passion for team collaboration, coaching and seeing others succeed - ability to lead training sessions for SDR’s • Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management • Strong organizational skills • Self starter and motivated to learn and grow as a sales leader
