Description

• Improve lead to lease ratio by placing outbound calls to follow up with prospective residents, schedule tour appointments at various multifamily sites, and answer questions to “close” the deal. • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the leasing experience for renters and residents • Document accurate and timely notes following every call to ensure visibility with onsite Leasing staff • Send follow up communication through the ILM lead management software to email and coordinate with prospects and leads • Perform other duties assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required / College degree preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be able to communicate effectively with prospective residents and team members • High sense of urgency, with the ability to meet deadlines • Ability to articulate and relay information in an effective and efficient manner • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook • Must have excellent customer service skills • Previous call center experience preferred
