Description

• Call on assigned prospective and existing customers to sell services • Identify opportunities in target markets through an in-depth knowledge of those markets • Build relationships with clients to increase market awareness • Build a robust sales pipeline and deliver profitable projects • Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales goals • Manage bid schedules to ensure deadlines are met • Perform outbound prospecting activities and attend trade shows

Requirements

• 5+ year's progressive experience including cold calling, meeting sales goals, negotiation, selling to customer needs, motivation for sales, sales planning, market analysis, and building relationships • Proven ability to manage the sales process from first contact through the RFP process • Past experience selling to large, national account ($2M and above) • Experience selling janitorial or building maintenance services a plus • Independently motivated; self-driven • Ability to negotiate profitable contracts while maintaining customer confidence and trust • Salesforce and related software applications
