• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. • Plan, track, and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. • Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. • Develop, direct and manage project development from beginning to end. • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution • 3+ years' experience working in IT infrastructure field • Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Asana, Jira, Wrike • Competent and proficient understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, Time and Attendance. • Technically competent with various software programs, such as Excel, Work, Lucid Chart • Strong use of project planning and management tools (MS office: Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint along with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Graphs, etc.) • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
