Description

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. • Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance. • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and other financial laws. • Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and streamline financial operations. • Assist with financial planning and analysis, including ROI analysis, cash flow management, and investment strategies. • Support external audits and work closely with auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion of audits. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA certification is a plus. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with 5 years in a supervisory or managerial position. • Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and laws. • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
