Description

• Develop and implement the company's technology vision and roadmap. • Lead and manage all aspects of technology, including infrastructure, systems, software development, data management, and security. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align technology solutions to support strategic objectives. • Drive innovation by identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and trends. • Provide leadership and mentorship to the technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning. • Budget and resource planning to optimize technology investments and ensure timely project delivery. • Stay current with industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. • Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar technology leadership role. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing technology strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Deep knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies. • Strong technical expertise and understanding of software development, infrastructure, and system architecture. • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders. • Experience managing technology budgets and resources.
