• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial goals. • Monitor project costs and financial performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities. • Prepare and present financial reports to project teams and senior management. • Review and analyze project contracts to ensure compliance with financial requirements. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial issues and discrepancies. • Provide financial guidance and support to project managers and team members. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in construction finance.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of experience in finance, preferably in the construction industry. • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. • Strong understanding of construction finance and project accounting principles. • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in finance software and Microsoft Excel.
