• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in engineering role with 2+ years in engineering management • Strong technical background in software development and/or hardware engineering • Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills • Alignment with Kinetik’s values
