• Lead product design from blue sky concepts and onwards • Conduct actionable user research to inform design and product decision • Partner with product, engineering, and content in a collaborative environment • Advocate UX/UI best practices and help maintain high standards
Requirements
• 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design • Passion for creating engaging user experiences • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated and able to lead design work independently • Experience in designing inclusively • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment • Positive and adaptable attitude
