Description
• Engage on end-to-end strategy execution across business functions. • Integration efforts associated with acquisition and/or establishment of wholly owned subsidiaries. • Establishing a business operations office in Gurugram, India. • Rollout and operationalizing new investment products and investor experiences. • Standing up a co-invest platform for Credit & Markets business. • Implementing technology to systematically ingest fund administration data.
Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services or alternative asset management. • Experience working in or servicing an alternative asset manager or financial institution. • Strong project management skills and experience. • Adept in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel). • Risk management mindset and intuition. • Proven product, process, and project management experience. • Design and implementation of complex program roadmaps. • Demonstrated problem solving experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets. • Ability to independently develop and present executive level presentations. • Comfort with math (science, technology, engineering, or math degree, current role, hobbies, etc.). • Proven high achiever in academic context. • Strong communication and relationship building abilities.
