Description
• Plan and execute field activities • Ensure health and safety compliance • Manage contractors and vendors • Arrange logistics for equipment and material • Implement and manage programs in remote locations • Drive process improvement • Engage with local stakeholders • Support machine-learning-driven dynamic field programs
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of field operations experience in related industries • Commitment to high health and safety standards • Problem-solving skills in remote environments • Ability to work in remote and isolated locations • Fluent in English, French is an asset • Independence and ability to work with limited supervision • Familiarity with project management principles • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team • Interest in contributing to company success • Valid First Aid Certification (Level 3 or Wilderness First Aid preferred)
