Description

• Building the next-gen analytics and AI cloud platform • Integrating machine learning and generative AI technologies into the platform • Managing, coordinating, and delivering on key initiatives such as developing new AI capabilities in the platform • Improving data quality, platform security, and release automation for AI roadmap delivery • Delivering a scalable foundation for continuous model development, testing, and delivery

Requirements

• Engineering management experience with AI applications in high-growth engineering organizations directly managing and growing teams of 10+ engineers • In-depth knowledge and experience in industry-leading technologies in machine learning (ML) and AI • Developed and delivered successful products from inception to production at scale using cloud technologies for large enterprises • Working knowledge of a modern programming language (Python preferred), data pipeline engineering, relational database design, web platform development, API design, and distributed systems • Expertise with industry standard data pipeline and processing tools (Spark, AWS EMR, Hadoop) and data warehousing (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery) • Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to build a high-level roadmap and vision • Understand and design for non-functional concerns such as performance, cost optimization, and maintainability • Experience leading recruiting initiatives, as well as growing and organizing engineering teams • Ability to work as part of an agile collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
