Description
• Understanding insurance needs of technology SMEs • Handling customer requests and securing renewals • Solving customers' insurance challenges and reducing risk • Creating trust with customers and broker partners • Providing feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations functions • Streamlining internal operations • Promoting the company's brand and building customer loyalty • Navigating complex regulatory environments • Working with cross-functional teams • Representing Koop Technologies and owning the emerging risks narratives
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in an insurance technology company • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Arts, Science, or related fields • Excellent organization, time management, and project management skills • Extreme attention to details • Excellent communication and written skills
