Description

• Manage deals through a sales funnel from opportunity through close. • Achieve full-quota on or before your three-month ramp period, then continue to exceed quotas set. • Shape, iterate, and scale sales strategy. • Contribute to the growth of the team by interviewing, hiring, and training new reps. • Work collaboratively across engineering, marketing, product and customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred • 1+ years of fearless cold calling experience to generate new business opportunities preferred • 1+ years of proven hunting & closing experience in a SaaS environment preferred • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals • Experience executing detailed web and onsite product presentations preferred • Demonstrate empathy for customers struggles and challenges • Superb listening skills; you must understand objections and defeat them by turning skeptics into ecstatic new customers • Resilient in the face of objections and rejection • Willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced and high growth environment • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities • Collaborative mentality by prioritizing 'we' and not focusing on 'me • Have a passion for our mission (developing people), and can't wait to have a positive impact on our team and our customers.
