Description
• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy • Oversee financial reporting processes • Manage capital structure, funding strategies, cash flow, and investments • Drive operational excellence and implement processes to optimize efficiency and scalability • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor performance
Requirements
• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior finance or operational leadership role • Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA is strongly preferred • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and business acumen • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Strong understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
