• Oversee all financial activities, providing strategic guidance, and driving financial performance. • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies, • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, evaluate investment opportunities, • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance or a similar role. • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent leadership and team management abilities. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • Experience in the executive search industry is a plus.
