Description

• Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory. • Build and cultivate excellent rapport with stakeholders including hospitals, surgical centers, physicians, and surgical personnel to maintain longstanding relationships. • Effectively collaborate with peers to identify mutual opportunities and support customer relationships. • Be a resource to the surgical team, providing guidance and insight on the product and technical assistance regarding any product related questions. • Assess customer feedback for new products or modifications to existing products and report back to R&D, Operations and Marketing.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree • 2+ years of B2B/B2C sales • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a wide range of people both within and outside of the company. • Exceptional organizational skills to handle a high volume of detailed work and the ability to multitask. • Demonstrate commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements. • Travel will be 50-70% of time.
