• Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches • Define, understand, and test opportunities to improve our product, and drive roadmaps through your insights and recommendations • Apply machine learning techniques to business problems at the intersection of product and data science • Build an analytical framework to facilitate product strategies and business prioritizations • Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and validate findings • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into scalable products • Present your research and insights to all levels of the company and cultivate strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders from product, engineering, operations, and customer success teams • Drive innovation by exploring new data sources, technologies, and methodologies
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in analytics and data science functions, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and teams to drive revenue • Experience working in linear and digital advertising in Ad Tech • Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members
