Description

• Develop and build relationships with all attorneys and leading law firms in your assigned territory • Take inbound and make outbound calls to attorneys (30% Inbound /70% Outbound) • Process inbound leads through day-to-day funding/underwriting of all applications that come in through marketing team efforts • Grow and maintain book of business firms and develop new relationships with law firms to increase and build initial referral business (40% book management / 60% unassigned cases) • Develop attorney relationships (funded in past 12 months) to maximize origination and payback (50% of time) • Fund unassigned marketing leads with lapsed attorneys in region (50%) • Oversee all contact with attorneys: initiating contact, following up, answering attorney questions, and getting contracts back • Engage in ongoing dialogue with attorneys to keep Oasis top-of-mind and help build strong relationships • Follow up on all marketing outreach inquires • Responsible for maximizing case funding amounts as applicable with appropriate pricing to ensure higher returns • Gain knowledge of sister company products with emphasis on performing demos and cross-selling

Requirements

• College degree required • 2+ years of inside sales experience with strong outbound calling and a history of success • Experience managing sales through initial prospecting call to close • Proven success in closing B2B sales over the phone to C-Level executives and/or decision makers • Experience working with attorneys, selling to law firms not required, but a definite plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong aptitude to listen • Possess a high level of drive, self-motivation, and goal-orientation • Experience making proactive outbound calls each day • Organized, self-driven, confident, positive, passionate, and compassionate • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with specific set business goals and monthly/quarterly quotas
