• Develop and implement a marketing strategy targeting clinics, employers, and end users, while establishing and expanding partnership channels • Lead product marketing efforts, including messaging, positioning, and creative direction as needed • Experiment with growth marketing tactics to drive user acquisition and retention • Manage all marketing channels, including digital, content, social media, and events • Work with the product team to translate features into effective market messaging • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and guide product development • Create and manage sales enablement materials for the sales process
• Over 5 years of B2B marketing experience in health tech, SaaS, or similar fields • Proven success in growth marketing and user acquisition in a B2B environment • Strong background in product marketing, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies • Deep knowledge of the B2B customer journey, enterprise sales cycles, and consumer buying behaviour • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems • Startup experience and knowledge of health benefits and MSK care are highly desirable
