Description

• Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for improving the customer lifecycle • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email and SMS, to engage and retain customers • Create and maintain customer segmentation and targeting strategies to personalize marketing efforts • Collaborate with the customer experience, brand, and creative teams to develop compelling and relevant messaging • Monitor and report on the performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance lifecycle marketing efforts • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, preferably in a DTC or subscription-based company • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze) and CRM systems • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities • Passion for health, wellness, and cognitive enhancement is a plus
