Requirements

• US Citizenship • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance; previous or active DHS ICE clearance preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional • Minimum of ten (10) years in an enterprise IT environment with a Bachelor's degree, or minimum of twelve (12) years in an enterprise IT environment in lieu of a Bachelor's degree • Proficiency in applying The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) in Agile environments • Experience with MVC Development Methodology (Model/View/Controller) • Knowledge of Microservices software architecture design • Familiarity with DevOps pipeline tools (e.g., JIRA for configuration management, requirements handling, automated testing, and deployment) • Experience developing and managing data models with CA Erwin • Skill in creating and updating data dictionaries • Technical proficiency with SQL for creating queries to ensure data integrity • Experience using Message Services and developing Apache ActiveMQ services • Expertise in developing interfaces compliant with National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) standards • Ability to design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Microsoft Active Directory and Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards • Proficiency in network communication protocols, including knowledge of ports, routing, proxy settings, and firewall policies • Experience ensuring compliance with Federal Information Management Security Act (FISMA) and NIST security standards • Capability to design solutions that align with security requirements and policies • Technically skilled in designing and implementing data center and cloud-based hosting solutions • Ability to perform cost estimation and architecture recommendations considering lifecycle costs of enterprise software platforms • Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop problem resolution roadmaps • Experience in analyzing business requirements and designing technical solution specifications • Proficiency in system performance optimization through log analysis and resource monitoring
