Description

• Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales development goals • Develop, train and hire highly driven and enthusiastic team members • Track team metrics and report data to senior leadership on a regular basis • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity • Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement • Opportunity creation, pipeline management and revenue forecasting • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales • Research and implement methods to increase customer engagement

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of software sales experience to SMB • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Successful track record of sustained achievement of sales targets • Minimum 1 year of people management experience • Based in the United States
