Description
• As Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with the CEO to solve critical problems. • Work on interesting challenges within the business, with a steep learning curve. • Run a function that needs attention such as customer success, product, or recruitment. • Drive accountability, oversee projects, lead internal meetings, and manage fundraising efforts.
Requirements
• At least 4 years of work experience, preferably in a high-accountability/high-work-ethic environment. • Extremely organized. • Ability to learn new business areas quickly; for instance, if you need to lead a department, you should be able to quickly learn its ins and outs. • Very analytical and able to break down complex problems into manageable chunks. • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and executing them successfully. • Strong business acumen with an understanding of the drivers of a business. • Excellent financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets). • Major plus if you come from Investment Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, or any similar work environment.
