• You will be responsible for driving new business pipeline that will see focused growth from both existing accounts and new markets and lines of business.
• Cultivate customer relationships that strengthen and deepen LivePerson's reach and coverage as measured by increased profit, client satisfaction, and recognition from customers.
• Manage customer P&L's ensuring it meets/exceeds revenue and EBIT objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement to support customers in an efficient manner while meeting contractual commitments and SLA's.
