Description

•Lock in and execute the LOY-002 go to market and product launch strategy in collaboration with the Loyal leadership team. •Build out and lead veterinary awareness and education strategy, which will likely include building a veterinary advisory board or similar, coordinating scientific publications with marketing strategy, conference attendance. •Build out and lead consumer/dog owner marketing strategy, which will likely include press, traditional marketing, partnerships, and socials. •Ensure consistent expression of Loyal’s brand in every facet of the company. •Turn customer insights into action. •Work with Finance and Operations teams to integrate metrics with marketing performance •Website strategy, management, and leading execution. •Ensuring all aspects of the user experience, including drug label, packaging, and design are excellent, intuitive, and beautiful.

Requirements

•Experienced consumer marketing executive with experience selling into expert audiences •Highly operational, willing to roll up sleeves with a bias for action •Strong demonstrable track record building consumer-oriented brands •Experience in building teams including executives and a strong manager/people leader •Passion for animals, especially dogs •Low ego and able to work with scientists and other technicals •A clear, direct, and concise communicator •Ability to work independently, highly reliable •Willing and excited to educate the company and bring along for the ride •Preference to someone who has reported directly to a Founder/CEO before
