Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment. • Marketo Engage Certification required • Proficiency in Marketo Engage and Salesforce. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude). • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and demand generation processes. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
