Description

• A Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Kartera is integral to driving the company's revenue growth. • The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients, and setting up meetings for the sales team. • The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the payment industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. • Research and identify potential leads within the target market, leveraging cold outreach and prospecting techniques on platforms such as LinkedIn and through email campaigns. • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. • Reach out to prospects through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, utilizing CRM tools and sales automation software to streamline lead management processes and enhance productivity. • Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's ideal customer profile, developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Kartera's products and services, as well as their value proposition to potential clients. • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team, acting as a brand ambassador for Kartera, representing the company professionally and positively in all interactions with prospects and clients. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies, continuously evaluating and refining sales strategies to optimize lead conversion rates and maximize revenue generation. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, while embracing a culture of accountability and teamwork, working closely with colleagues to achieve collective goals and objectives. • Participate in regular training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology or financial industry, with a strong understanding of open banking, payment solutions, and customer rewards programs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and perseverance in the face of challenges. • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets, managing time effectively to balance lead generation activities, meeting scheduling, and administrative tasks. • Embrace a culture of accountability and teamwork, working closely with colleagues to achieve collective goals and objectives, while staying organized and managing time effectively.
