Description
• Provide legal support for M&A transactions and strategic initiatives • Conduct due diligence and negotiate transaction documents • Assist with compliance matters
Requirements
• Minimum 10+ years of M&A and general corporate legal experience • Demonstrated M&A and related transactional experience • Proven leadership experience • High degree of time management and organizational skills • Experience in international markets is a plus • Good legal and business judgment • Credibility and agility to interact across functional skillsets
