Description
• The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for various responsibilities within the Utility Scale Mining business unit • Managing business unit job descriptions, offer letters, recruiting • Assisting with onboarding, and offering administrative support to all Utility Scale Mining employees
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Being able to prioritize • Great attitude and willingness to help where needed
