Description

• As an Operations Analyst, you will spend your first year rotating through each of the teams below within the Operations department. • This will give you the opportunity to learn how each aspect of operations impacts the lifecycle of a trade and supports the trading system. • Analysts will be able to develop a well-rounded view of the operational structure within MarketAxess. • In Middle office & Settlements you will have hands-on involvement in many day-to-day trade settlement functions. • Partnering with management and internal risk/audit groups you will work to improve processes, mitigate risk and automate workflows. • As a member of the Account Services team, you are responsible for the onboarding of new Clients and Dealers on our system. • You will ensure the required documentation is complete and properly maintained for each firm enabled on our platform. • On the Client Services team, you are the firm’s first line of support.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States permanently without employment visa sponsorship required now or in the future. • Desire to use your organizational and analytical skills in an operationally focused role. • Strong MSOffice skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Highly focused, organized and detail oriented. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proven ability to take initiative. • Able to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities. • Previous financial services experience in an operational capacity preferred. • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
